Operating Plan
Order made by Customer to transport a load 5 days prior to loading day
Loading instructions and documents given to BS
Once documents are recived pre-clearing at the borders can commence
Pre-loading inspection of the load is done by the driver and then load is loaded
BS notifies Customer that the load is loaded and tracking of the load is given to the Customer every day before 9:00am
Customer is notified when the load has reached the destination and it is off loaded by the customer
Proof of delivery is given to the Customer and any feedback from Customer is appreciated
